Berkeley CA People's March and Rally deferred - we will join with the SF March

THE ROUTE HAS CHANGED. OCCUPELLA WILL BE AT 19TH AND MISSION, NOT 16TH!!!

On January 18, thousands of concerned citizens will mobilize across the nation to show our collective power.

The March route for The People's March on Saturday, January 18 in San Francisco has changed. Here is the current information:

WHEN

Saturday, January 18th, 2025 @ 12:00 PM

WHERE

The previously posted Civic Center march is now marching in solidarity and partnership with the efforts of the Immigration Rights group in The Mission. While this is a multi-issue focused moment, we have decided to combine our efforts in The Mission by marching to Dolores Park where a full rally will be held to keep our energy up as we head into a new era of administration.
Lineup will start at 11:00 AM at 24th St and Bryant St in THE MISSION
March is set to step off at 12:00 PM SHARP from 24th and Bryant
Route: 24th & Bryant
24th & Mission
19th & Mission
They are now turning at 19th. Look for Occupella there.
Rally will take place at Dolores Park, information TBC

Occupella will be leading songs at 16th and Mission.

Go to 16th Street BART.

If we meet at 12:15, we’ll be ready to sing when the march comes by.

We will have an Occupella sign to identify exactly where we are.
